The Weekly is a publication of the Jacksonville Camera Club. It provides a heads up of the coming events and announcements of a timely nature. Help our host
On Saturday, October 26, the Shepard of the Woods Lutheran Church is having their fall ‘Party in the Patch’. They have asked that some members of the Club attend and take pictures of the kids and events. Please put it on your calendar and plan to help.
Contests
- F3C: Digital 3 results. JCC did well - 39 entries, 11 ribbons. Lloyd Granat, 4 ribbons; Tim Davis, 3 ribbons; Jim Angelo, 2 ribbons; Karen Sirnick and Ted Floore, 1 ribbon.
- JCC D3 Digital Contest submissions accepted September 6 through October 11. Categories are: General, All Creatures (except humans and birds); Dusk 'til Dawn
- JCC T3 Print Contest prints collected October 3 and 17.
Member Photo Postings
- The JCC Outings Gallery hosts member photos from our outings. Add your photos there and check what others have posted. On the JCC website go to Galleries > Outings Galleries > 2024.
- Members also post to the club's private Facebook page, so join in there as well. Check for the latest photo challenge or post to show what you have done or find interesting.
