Prepare & Deliver Prints
The Fourth Step —
The table below gives the requirements of your submitted print. Your print is subject to refusal if you fail to follow these guidelines. Prints that are mounted on thin material or are smaller than allowed do not handle well by the judge or in the presentation. Be aware that the prints are handled a lot and moved a lot. We try to be careful but damage can and does happen.

Your Print Label
A print label in PDF format is available by clicking the image at the right. It is designed to be fillable. Also note that it is designed to print two-up on letter size pager. The resulting two labels will be portrait format 5.5 X 8.5 inches. Suggest you fill two labels at once, print, then change what you need and print two more. That is the most efficient method. These were tested but browser and programs introduce variables that might cause you issues. If you can't get it to work properly we will accept hand-filled forms but the typed ones are much easier to read. Any questions or issues phone the Print Chair.
