Print Contest – Upload Digital Versions

The Third Step —

Edit the filenames of the digital versions of your prints. This is critical because the information to manage your entries is extracted from the filenames. Please pay strict attention to this process. The upload process can be completed in three minutes if you name your files according to these rules and place them in a convenient location, separate from other files.

Naming format for your digital images' filenames follows.
Please follow these instructions precisely.

The Category Letters are

G – General,

N – Nature,

P – People,

M – Monochrome.

Filename Format:

YEAR_Trimester_Category Letter_Print Title.jpg (or.png)

Notes:

Do not use ALL CAPS in the titles.

The " _" is an underscore. It is not a dash.

The only spaces in the filename are between the words of the Title.

Filename Examples:

2026_T1_N_ Racoon Family Takes a Lunch Break.png (or)
2026_T1_N_ Racoon Family Takes a Lunch Break.jpg

Clicking the above button will take you to a Google form for uploading your images. Complete directions are repeated in the form. You are three minutes from being finished with step three.
