THE DATE HAS BEEN CHANGED TO SUNDAY THE 24th DUE TO WEATHER. NO ADDITIONAL CHANGES TO THE SCHEDULE.
Late March is a prime time to view and photograph the varied wild flowers in the refuge. An extended cruise time has been arranged at a reduced price to give the flexibility of searching out the best locations and to stay on site longer to get the best angles and light.
Additionally, the earlier cruise time provides different lighting compared to the past sundown cruises where the Club has participated.
As always, the wildlife shooting opportunities remain plentiful.

Gear
Most flower shots would be best served with mid range zooms 24 / 200ish. But there willl likely have longer lens opportunities as there will be the normal refuge wildlife shots available so, a 100 / 400 zoom will also be useful. Polarizers for water shots can also be used. All shots on the boat will be hand held.

BUG SPRAY and sunscreen more than ever are in order for this outing.
