#1 – Jim Jordan made the following motion:

The President’s 2019 spending budget is to be set at $350 per occurrence with a $1000 accumulative limit

Based on responding emails from the board it was passed

#2 – Jim Jordan made the following motion:

The Webmaster’s 2019 spending budget is to set at $600
