How to get the most out of this list

This list is very flexible to use. Since your needs determine which functions to use let's use examples to demonstrate its functionality.

Using Search

Using Filter

This function uses Boolean logic, similar to using a search engine. You filter by field. The field names are printed above the values and are also listed within the filter tool. Try it. Lets assume you car broke down and you need a ride to the meeting. You live in zip code 32257. Select filter and open down arrow next to "where" and select "ZIP", next choose "contains" and lastly select "32257". You see five members who live in your zip code with phone numbers and email addresses.

Using Sort

Next to Filter is Sort. If the color on Filter is lit, open it and remove filters by clicking the "x" at the left. Highlighting is now gone. Lets say you wanted to peruse the membership list by new to old members. Click "Sort", choose the "member no" field and sort order "9 to 1". Since member numbers consist of six numbers— Year of joining and order of joining you get the list sorted from newest to oldest.

Using a Larger Version

How to use this form to update the information in the membership list.

First Step

Enter you name, First and Last on the form.

Second Step

Some fields are always visible on the form. Other only appear if you tell the form your want to update them in the third question: Fields to Update. Click any you wish to update. Then complete the update.

Third Step

Add any comments you wish. This form can be updated by the member or a surrogate. If completed by someone else please enter your name under submitted by. For the photo a jpg of 3X2 aspect ratio (landscape) of 450 px X 300 px works well on a normal hd monitor.

This information does not update automatically but requires some processing by a third party. It should appear in a few days.
