Open Meeting at 7:00 p.m. by President Brian Leonard

Swearing in of 2018 Officers and Board Members was performed by Gordon Ira, past President.

Treasury Announcement – Brian Leonard – Les Satz will not be able to be the treasurer as family matters will keep him away from participating in any club business. Jim Jordan announced that the 4th quarter 2017 report is now available on the website.

Digital Competitions – 1st Qtr digital open and goes until January 31st – Themes – General, Faces and Water Reflections – Brian Leonard – Upload your images – only 14 days left.

Print Competitions – 1st Qtr submissions – February 7th and 21st – John Neel explained the new procedure on how to print label for back of print – and also need digital copy to be submitted also. The procedure will go live on January 29, 2018. Dennis Adams asked if you needed a google account.

Young McQueen was ask to explained how the new procedure for the website is being handled. There are 3 ways to submit..1.you do need google account..2. don’t need google account…3.bring bring in to meeting and John will help you submit your print.

Outings – WW Ranch Motocross – Mike Rexroad- Thanked everyone that attended on Saturday. Working on getting up on the gallery on the website.
Olustee – February 17th – should do this on Saturday as everyone will be in character usually on Sunday once they get thru on reenactment are loading up to go home. Don’t forget to register for
the outing.

F3C Information – Competitions and News – Julius Dean-Had a “Yellow Ribbon” to give to Andrea Wisilie

Upcoming Print Event – opens 1/28/18 – only one meeting to turn in is the next meeting 2/7/18. Bring in to that meeting and $5.00 for shipping. Go to F3C website for additional information. Silas Osborne asked how many prints – 4 per person.

Glennie Competition – Craig Shier-Annual competition and is hosted by Columbia, Mass.- only 2 per person and can only submit 10 images – will be collecting thru February 7. Nature – go to website for the club and also follow the PSA Rules for this competition. Depending on the number of images Craig may select a panel from the club members to select the 10 images that will be submitted.

Annual Banquet – January 27th – website banquet signup ends Sunday January 21st – after that contact Jan Vallely for manual registration.

People’s Choice – Theme for December 2017 that was postponed til tonight – Dogs, Cats, (any’s person’s pet) – Tina Jordan – Gave themes for the upcoming months. February- Holidays, March-Clocks, and April-Bottles, Jars, Glassware.

The winners for the December 2017 are as follows:
1st place-Jennifer Thompson – Even Dogs Like Florida Oranges
2nd place-Don Dymer-Blue Eyes
3rd place-John Neel-Jump Max Jump
