Jacksonville Camera Club Meeting – October 16, 2019 – SOTW

Meeting was called to order by Brian Leonard at 7:00 p.m..

New Member/Guest Introduction – Greeters

Members and Guests please sign in at the back counter so that we can give members their point.

Treasurer – Jim Jordan – The Banquet will be February 1st and the cost will be $45.00/person.

Annual Banquet and Christmas Party – Brian Leonard – Annual Banquet will be Saturday, February 1, 2020 and the cost will be 445/person the sign up form’s are on the website. Register thru the form.

The Christmas party will be Saturday, December 14, 2019. If any member would like to volunteer to help out at either function please let Brian Leonard know.

The Nominating committee – anyone that wants to volunteer let one of the members of the committee know.

Website Update – Kathy Jaworski – reports that the website is still up and running great. Don’t forget to check it out to know what is going on with the club.

Church Activity – Trick or trunks October 19th – 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. – need volunteers to photograph the event.

Outings – Fall Outing – Rebecca Janssen -Wednesday, she will be in Hendersonville. If you have to drop out to let Rebecca know.

November 9th – Paynes Prairie will be the next outing or Stephen Foster in Georgia or do something else.

Brian Leonard and Irene Ward took pictures on Saturday of the Church unloading the pumpkins for Trick or Trunk – Halloween trick or trunk on Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m..

Bill McSherry announced that he has a film camera for free.

Next Meeting Program – November 6th – Black and White techniques, Bill McSherry will be presenting this program and announcement of the 2020 Officer and Director Nominations.
