Announcements: (Young):
Introduction of the new VP: Jeff Garbow by approval of the board and a thank you to Lloyd Granat for being the vice-president for the
first six months of the year.
Treasurer’s Comments: Brian Leonard – With the board’s approval that instead of collecting yearly dues by the end of August that the dues would not be due until the end of December, 2020 and at that time the yearly dues would be from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021.
Digital Contest Update/Reminder: Karen Sirnick – the 2nd triannual digital images are with the judge at this time and just waiting on getting the results/comments from judge.
Print Contest Update/Reminder: John Neel – working a solution on the best way to get the prints turned in and once the judge renders his results/comments getting the images back to the members in a safe manner.
Monochrome Print Contest Update/Reminder: Ted Floore – has acquired a judge and will be getting with him Sept/Oct time frame.
Outings Update/Reminder: Outings will return in September.
Library Liquidation Auction: Jan Vallely – has almost passed out all the books from the auction.
Fifty-Fifty Drawing: Suspended will be reinstated at a later date
People’s Choice Print Contest Results: Gone online – Tina Jordan – will be sending out information on how to submit/vote on the People’s Choice for the rest of the year on line.

Christmas Party status/plans – having a spring picnic next year
Announcements/Comments: Open Call – Keith Garrett is getting information on an exhibit out at the Military Museum from World War II – this will be in October which could possibly be a good outing for that month, also, along with the military vehicles a parachute drop from a airplane. The address is 1 Bunke Avenue, Green Cove Springs.
Program Section: VP: Jeff Garbow – asking for input from members on programs to be presented to the club….July 15th program is Alexander Diaz, Professor and photographer and the presentation will be on the springs of Florida that he is doing a series on.
Program: Print Contest Results; Speaker: John Neel; Judge: NA – the 2nd Triannual print competition has been cancelled due to the virus; 3rd triannual prints – information will be coming out as to how the images will be submitted and then returned in a safe manner. Monochrome competition the judge will be David Long. Additional information will be forth coming on this competition.
