Motion: Move to: Have a second meeting in Nov 2020 to accommodate two contest results in November. Meeting dates will be 11/4 for results in monochrome and 11/18 results for Digital

OLD BUSINESS (w/o Motions)
Banquet
Status on how JGCC is handling future banquets. Brian spoke to JGCC and max. would be 50 people and at each table 6 to 8 per table and the date would be January 30th. Discussion about changing the banquet to sometime in the spring or even doing the presentation of awards at one of the meetings in 2021.
Library Book Liquidation: status – finished – 4 people still have books to pick up and monies will be put in general fund.
Insurance Policy Status – Brian – the cost is $492.00 per year and it is in effect.
Workflow: New Member/Visitor – Brian and Kathy are working together on a work in adding new members and what to do when we have visitors attend.
NEW BUSINESS (w/o Motions)
Program Strategy/Schedule for 2021- Jeff Garbow will meet with his committee to have a program once a month until July then at that time to see what is the status of Covid.
Nominating Committee – Committee is five members, selected from the group
the group of 20 will be presented to board not membership for their rejection of any that were felt to be unqualified, etc.
Contest Review Committee (PSA and theme adherence, legal, other) –
Committee to review contests rules, procedures to see if needed to change to meet needs/desires of club.
Viewing PSA recorded webinars — Charise Tanner suggested since we are a member club of PSA, it was suggested that our PSA Rep (Paula Griffin) get information as to how/if our individual members can access the current and recorded webinars that have been presented by PSA without joining PSA.
