We are going to Helen, Georgia to photograph the beautiful Mountain Fall colors, hike winding trails to wonderful waterfalls, hike the Tallulah Gorge, photograph beautiful landscapes, explore the town of Helen and many other Mountain Towns with spectacular views. Join us for an exciting trip to the North Georgia Mountains for the Fall Colors.
Many members have made reservations at the Unicoi Lodge in Unicoi State Park in Helen. The lodge offers full dining options. The Lodge also has cabin and camping options if you prefer. There are additional lodging options in the area if Unicoi Lodge is full.

Any schedule of events is not available at the posting of this outing. One should develop as the attendance is developed and we get closer to the date.
Gear
Weather will come into play here. Fall temps and weather uncertainties will need to be considered for outdoor wear. Raingear should be taken. Hiking plans will be a determinate as to how much you feel comfortable in carrying.
Tripod and monopods can come into play here.
Lens choices will also run the gamut from wide angle to Telephoto. Opportunities will be present for all. NDFs for sunrise and sunsets.
Again, bring what you feel comfortable in carrying through the day.
