A Guide to Your First JCC Banquet
The evening is a celebration of members' achievements for 2017.
It includes a nice dinner with a cash bar and hors d'oeuvres; the display of winning prints and a looping slideshow of digital winners. The winners of the annual contest in both print and digital formats are announced. Members' other achievements are rewarded via the Progressive Awards and top-ten points winners.
The evening culminates in the presentation of the top award for photography, the Shutterbug Award, and the top award for member service, the President's Service Award.
Dress
For the gentlemen, slacks and nice shirts to suits with tie.
For the ladies, casual dressy.
