Call to Order

President Jim Angelo called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m..

Announcements

-Next meetings: Nov 20 Travelogue: Spain and France, Ted Floore; the January 2026 meetings may be moved to the 2^nd and 4^th Thursday if SOTW schedule can accommodate

-Open Club positions for 2026: Outings Chair, Membership Chair, Equipment Manager

-Annual banquet: Feb 7^th; cost will be $65 per person, no early bird discount

-The slate of candidates for the Executive Board was presented. No nominations from the floor were offered. Candidates: President, Jim Angelo; Vice President, Anita Fanic; Treasurer, Karen Sirnick, Secretary, Peter Fitzpatrick; Director, Tina Jordan; Director, Rebecca Janssen; Director, Linda Tranter. The slate was confirmed by affirmation by the Club.

Membership

-no new members

-no visitors

Raffle 50/50

-collected $30; winner $15 Anita Fanic; $15 to Club

Club Outings

-Oct 27 Parker Flower Farm, Elkton was cancelled due to rain

-North Georgia, Unicoi State Park outing went well

-there will not be any more outings this year
