JCC MINUTES OF MEETING – November 21, 2018 – SOTW

Brian Leonard opened meeting at 7:00 p.m.

Banquet Update – Brian Leonard – there are 39 members that have pre-registered….if anyone wants to go need to get signed up on website and can also pay which is now $50.00 per person.

Open Positions – Brian Leonard – Positions that are urgent to be filled by a volunteer are Attendance Chair, Greeters(2), Outings and Digital Chair ( Jan Vallely is only going to be able to do until spring). Andrea Wilsie has volunteered to be a greeter. Craig Sheir has also volunteered to help out with digital on the website part of the job.

Putting together booklet to be handed out to new members to give a overview of what the is about.
Mandarin Times has agreed to putting an article in its December issue about JCC. If anyone gets this could they please bring in so that the other members can see it.

F3C – Julius Dean – 3rd triannual submission November 1-31.
Will be getting information out for the judging of F3C in January at JCC.

Outings – Anita Fanic
The outing to Falling Creek Falls was great and members can go to the website and see some of the pictures that members took of the falls and also pictures of Hillman Bridge near Lake City.

Christmas Party – December 15 from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. – at the clubhouse of the member Silvia Agreda’s condo complex. Go to the website and sign up to attend and also what item you will be bringing to
eat. Anita has several volunteers to help with setting up and decorating and if anyone would like to help contact Anita Fanic.

Raffle – Anita Fanic – 50/50 = $37.00 $18.50 = club $18.50 = Barbara Guriak

Also at the first meeting in December PSA representative will be here to talk about PSA and will also have prizes to be handed out.

Next Meeting Program – December 5, 2018 – will be the 4th Qtr. Digital Competition results.

Tonight’s Meeting Program – 4th Qtr Print Competition results and the judge is our own member of JCC if John Reed.(Check out all the images on the website)
