Outings – Avonlea Antique Mall – 8/18 good opportunity to take still life photography
Local Architecture – 9/15 – Craig Sheir will be conducting the 9/15 outing and it will be in and around downtown
Jacksonville and it will be an all day event. Around 2:30/3:00 p.m. take a tour of downtown. Then down for the sunset. It is a Saturday.
Quarterly Competitions – Digital Results Q3 – 9/5 – Jan Vallely
Print Results Q3 – 9/19 – John Neel – will be collecting prints next month, August 1st and 15th, at both meetings.
Monochrome Competition – Collection Dates – 8/1 & 9/5 – Julius Dean – Results will be done the first club meeting, November 7. People, General, Nature and will accept up to 5 entries with no more than 3 in one category. Please follow instructions on website. Craig Monroe will be the judge for this competition.
F3C – 2nd Triannual digital submissions – Julius Dean – July 1 thru July 31 – Please get your images submitted as soon as possible.
Jon Montingy won 2 yellow ribbons earlier this year.

Member Retention and Orientation – Don Dymer – Good inquires for membership, still working on membership handout and hopefully will have it out by the end of August. Still looking for ideas for the club to attract new members.
