The Princess Place Pow Wow gives up-close photo opportunities of the culture and traditions of the Native American community through live performances of traditional dances and weapons demonstrations. Additionally, wildlife exhibits, trading booths, and encampment displays provide different insights and photo ops.
There are additional photo opportunities on the 1500-acre county park / preserve that has multiple trails winding through live oaks and along saltwater marshes.
Wildlife can be abundant, from white-tailed deer and red foxes to owls and eagles.
A historic lodge, erected in 1887, and Florida’s first inground swimming pool, also sit on the property.
