Jim Lowell 1942 – 2017
Jim’s photography showed a wide range of talent. His street photography as shown in his Vietnam series captured during his war-time experiences as a photography officer in Vietnam. This is also the subject of a Times Union article. Jim has a Zenfolio site which is up as of this writing.
In the second week of our tribute we showed a sample of his floral work, a magnolia seed pod and flower.
In the third week of our tribute we feature one of Jim’s monochrome images, a detail shot of a cycle. It shows the care and virtual perfection he expressed in his image.
In this the fourth and final week of our tribute we feature one of Jim’s travel images taken of Cezanne’s Studio in France.
